1️⃣ General Terms
1.1 Company ka naam: [Your Company Name]
1.2 Sabhi orders in Terms & Conditions ke according process honge.
1.3 Company ko right hai price, product aur policy change karne ka bina prior notice ke.
🛒 2️⃣ Retail Orders (Single/Small Quantity)
2.1 Retail price website/invoice par mentioned hoga.
2.2 100% advance payment required hai (UPI / Bank Transfer / Cash / Card).
2.3 Delivery 2–7 working days me hogi (location ke hisaab se).
2.4 Damaged product ka replacement 48 hours ke andar complaint par milega (photo proof required).
2.5 Used items return nahi honge.
📦 3️⃣ Bulk Orders (Wholesale)
3.1 Bulk order minimum quantity: [Example: ₹10,000 ya 20 items]
3.2 50% advance payment required hai, baaki dispatch se pehle.
3.3 Customized products (logo print, jersey name etc.) non-returnable honge.
3.4 Delivery timeline 5–15 working days (stock availability par depend karega).
3.5 Bulk discount sirf confirmed payment ke baad applicable hoga.
3.6 Transport charges alag se lagenge (unless written agreement).
🏫 4️⃣ School / Institutional Contracts
4.1 Contract written agreement ke through hoga (quotation + approval).
4.2 Payment Terms:
- 50% Advance
- 50% Within 7–15 days after delivery
(ya mutually agreed terms)
4.3 Annual contract me rate fixed rahega (validity period mention karein).
4.4 Customized uniform/sports kit non-refundable hogi.
4.5 Late payment par 2% per month interest charge ho sakta hai.
4.6 Delivery schedule school calendar ke hisaab se plan hoga.
💰 5️⃣ Pricing & Taxes
5.1 Sabhi prices GST exclusive/inclusive (jo applicable ho mention karein).
5.2 GST invoice available hoga (agar GST registered ho).
🚚 6️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Delivery time estimated hai, exact guarantee nahi.
6.2 Courier delay ke liye company responsible nahi hogi.
6.3 Risk buyer ka hoga dispatch ke baad (bulk orders me).
🔄 7️⃣ Return & Replacement Policy
7.1 Sirf manufacturing defect me replacement milega.
7.2 Replacement request 48 hours ke andar karna hoga.
7.3 Customized items return nahi honge.
❌ 8️⃣ Cancellation Policy
8.1 Order dispatch hone ke baad cancel nahi hoga.
8.2 Customized order cancel karne par advance non-refundable hoga.
